YOUR ROLE
- You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z; from the preliminary intake meeting with the hiring manager to the preparation of the contract.
- You draw up job descriptions and post them online.
- You follow up the influx of candidates and you are in the charge of the cv screening and first phone screening.
- You conduct selection interviews together with the hiring manager.
- You prepare attractive salary proposals in collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits department.
- You organize Assessments Centers with the external partner.
- You keep candidates and hiring managers informed during the process.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition
- You easily connect with stakeholders within a demanding industrial environment

You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: freelance
- Work regime: 5 days per week
- Duration: 3 months - possible extension
- Location: south-west entrance to Brussels / remote
