As a metrologist, it is about taking a closer look at measurements such as dimensions, analysis of parts and assemblies of drive units with these parts. Furthermore, there will be direct contact with the development engineering teams to support in the development activities and troubleshooting/investigations.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Dimensional measurement and analysis with CMM machine.
- Carry out machine calibration, program de machine, prepare the parts, etc.
- Use all measuring instruments that are necessary to obtain the proper analysis.
- Take care of the machines and instruments, correct use, calibration, maintenance.
- Make dimensional reports and data tables needed.
Your Skills & Strengths
- Degree Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical or Electronics).
- English (mid-high level).
- Experience with CMM Firmware knowledge: Calypso and Gear Pro (Zeiss).
- Experience with Electronic and Mechanical.
- Experience in using and creating technical documentation.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Cycling enthusiast.
- 1-2 years as metrology specialist.
