Job description
UNIFE is looking for an IRIS Master Witness Auditor, responsible for the control activities
of the IRIS Certification scheme. We are looking for a dynamic, skilled, multitasking and
team-oriented person, eager to join and work with the international team based in
Brussels, able to travel abroad on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Managing and calibrating/training the witness auditor pool
- Acting as a witness auditor in all areas where the language skills allows it
- Accompanying IRIS witness and calibration audits
- Further developing the IRIS witness audit process
- Monitoring and training the Certification Bodies veto-checker pool
- Contributing to the auditor management
- Supporting all related activities in the field of the IRIS Certification
- Supporting all IRIS stakeholders (customers, certification bodies, committees)
• Significant experience in quality management systems in the rail sector
- Third party auditor or second party auditor with considerable experience
- Compelling experience in the analysis and improvement of business management
- Experience in change management and change projects
- The candidate must be proficient in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and closely with all the members of the UNIFE
- Excellent organizational, planning and coordination skills
- Proficient level of IT tools
- Rigorous, detail oriented, and strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and result driven
- Customer oriented and good cooperation skills
