Reporting to Head of Promotion in the User Incentive team, the Promotion Analytics role will be responsible for generating insights and proposing actions to grow our business and further optimize our promotions. You will:

Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head of Promotion in the User Incentive team, the Promotion Analytics role will be responsible for generating insights and proposing actions to grow our business and further optimize our promotions. You will:
- Work with large data sets, including extracting and transforming data from our database server
- Build deep expertise of user incentive mechanics and their impact to the e-commerce business
- Collaborate with the Customer Segmentation team to optimize promotions by customer segment
- Translate data into relevant insights, supporting the User Incentive team to grow the platform sustainably
- Propose actionable plans aligned with our business objectives
- Create and own dashboards for management decisions
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Statistics / Business Management / Economics or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, experience in Business Intelligence preferred
- Solid analytical skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MySQL
- Good commercial and business acumen
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Able to work independently, managing own time and tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills both English and Thai
