We are looking for welders/fabricators to work in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Joining metal components by melting and fusing them together using a variety of welding techniques
- Work in a variety of settings, including manufacturing facilities, construction sites, and industrial plants.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams, as well as using a variety of welding equipment, such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW).
- Must be able to work with a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and copper. Welders are also responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and codes.
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, while also maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of welding techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must also be physically fit and able to work in a variety of environments.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of related experience
- High school completed
- Certification in welding or a related field is often required.
- Ability to MIG weld
