Responsibilities
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Advisor for our Scunthorpe showroom working Saturdays 10.30 am to 3.30 pm and Tuesdays 10.00 am to 4 pm.
Duties would include welcoming customers to the showroom and showing them around, product knowledge training will be given in our particular environment. Speaking to customers on the telephone, arranging home visits for our Sales Rep and general customer enquiries. There will also be an element of general office administration.
Customers often visit the showroom on a weekend to confirm jobs and have a look around to choose their furniture/colours etc so the ideal candidate should be friendly and confident with good communication skills.
The position will suit someone who has previous sales/customer knowledge and experience. Has a friendly and approachable manner and shows attention to detail.
The successful candidate must be polite and professional and possess excellent customer service skills as the Sales Advisor is typically the first team member that customers will engage with.
Once fully trained the role involves working alone.
There is also the possibility in the future to work additional days should the need arise, also during periods of holiday or sickness absence.
Benefits & Salary
Full training will be provided prior to start of role.
Saturdays 1030 to 1530
(5 hrs)
Tuesdays 1000 to 1600 (6 hrs)

Salary is paid on a monthly basis £10.42 per hour
