Enjoy working for this non-for-profit organisation located centrally around the bays. This role is starting asap and will keep you busy for the next 4-5 months. Working full-time hours you would be assisting the small but busy team with a variety of tasks.
Duties include:
- Documentation and preparation for upcoming awards presentation
- Assisting with organizing accommodation, catering, local travel etc..
- Email management
- Data Entry updating the maintaining the national database
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Helping with administration for some other projects using MS office and outlook
- Organising ID cards and assisting with any onboarding
- Other adhoc duties as required.
To be considered you will ideally have:
- Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up inhouse systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with a wide variety of people including internal staff and volunteers
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
- Good time management and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work well within a small team environment
