Senior Administrator - Central Auckland [New Zealand]

Enjoy working for this non-for-profit organisation located centrally around the bays. This role is starting asap and will keep you busy for the next 4-5 months. Working full-time hours you would be assisting the small but busy team with a variety of tasks.

Duties include:

  • Documentation and preparation for upcoming awards presentation
  • Assisting with organizing accommodation, catering, local travel etc..
  • Email management
  • Data Entry updating the maintaining the national database
  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
  • Helping with administration for some other projects using MS office and outlook
  • Organising ID cards and assisting with any onboarding
  • Other adhoc duties as required.

To be considered you will ideally have:

  • Advanced MS office and the ability to pick up inhouse systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with a wide variety of people including internal staff and volunteers
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • Good time management and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work well within a small team environment
