Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's workforce needs and growth plans.
- Lead a team of recruiters and hiring managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive a high-performing and collaborative recruitment function.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand their hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition plans.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and qualified candidates, leveraging various recruitment platforms and networks.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and visibility in the job market.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop and improve onboarding processes and employee retention strategies.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8-10 years' of experience in a related functions within an industrial/ manufacturing MNC environment. Relevant experience within established search companies will also be well regarded.
- Highly articulate and with the ability to connect with people at all levels and be a "Brand Ambassador" of the Company
- Experience working within an Executive Search Agency will be an added advantage.
- Highly analytical, attention to details with a high level of competency with Excel and other HR tools
- Good understanding and experience in "Best Practice" HR Tools and Processes
- Has worked with HR Systems (Workday, SAP HR or Oracle HR).
- Strong expertise in identifying and engaging with passive candidates through agency partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
