TotalEnergies Power & Gas Belgium (TEPGB) is looking for a recruitment officer (m/f) for its HR department.
You will be involved in the development of a good place to work, which is internationally-renowned on the Belgian market and which attracts and develops talented enthusiasts, while being a key element of the HR team.You will identify and attract the talent that will shape the future of our company. You will work in Liege in an outstanding environment (Saint Laurent monastery), or remotely, with dynamic colleagues. You will report to the Recruitment Coordinator and be in regular contact with HRBPs and managers to ensure the success of the various assignments you will assume.

Your missions will be:
- Intake: understand the recruitment needs and be able to translate them in order to attract the right candidates;
- Sourcing: structurally, creatively and on a result-oriented manner manage the various recruitment sources (social networks, website, external events, etc.);
- Selection: know the candidates (their profile, their motivations, their package ...) and share our passion with them;
- Support: guide the candidate and the manager through the process to ensure an unforgettable recruitment experience;
- The conclusion / the signed offer: Deal! Nothing is completed until the deal is closed, make win-win deals, i.e. in which both candidates and TEPGB are fully satisfied, and in the long term. Properly manage expectations and needs;
- Onboarding: make sure the candidate has an unforgettable first day of work and that he/she becomes integrated into the company;
- Show initiative to strengthen our Employer Branding. You will be involved in internal and external communication;
- Support the Talent Developers in various HR projects.
