Zurich Nordic is looking for a Nordic Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Nordic HR team located in Stockholm.

Nordic Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Nordic HR team is supporting the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) in all HR related matters.

In line with our growth ambition your primary focus will be on recruitment and selection of a wide range of profiles, for positions in all Nordic countries. You will also further develop our employer brand by establishing and expanding relationships with external partners, study associations and universities. Furthermore, there is plenty of room to show initiative and creativity in finding new ways to reach candidates and developing Zurich’s employer brand. Being able to manage stakeholders, providing a positive candidate experience and finding strong candidates in a tough job market are key to be successful in this role.

You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR projects and topics and you also take care of some administrative tasks as part of the HR function.

We provide HR consultation to optimize people, structure, process and culture with the goal of achieving business results and always with employee wellbeing in our minds. Within the areas of your responsibility, you also have access to a wide range of regional and global expertise centers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage, coordinate and administer the Nordic recruitment process from A-Z for a wide range of vacancies together with the hiring managers (this includes vacancy text drafting, posting, follow up on 1st candidate screening, propose and discuss profiles, conduct interviews, ensure pre-briefings and post recap briefings, draft and negotiate proposals).
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, always looking for further improvements.
  • Further expand the partnering and collaboration with schools and universities to ensure new candidate inflow and improve our brand visibility.
  • Drive actions and activities underpinning our ambition to be a truly diverse and inclusive employer.
  • Implement and execute a variety of group HR processes and projects, both short and long term.
  • Provide support on global mobility services and activities.
  • Support and coordinate all round HR admin and look for efficiencies and improvements.

Requirements/Profile
  • Bachelor or Master degree with 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment-oriented HR role
  • Experience from an international working environment and matrix organization is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish is required
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with recruitment software and affinity with HR systems and software is an asset
