JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for highly-motivated and skilled software developer to work on an exciting project that develop a software for the bioprocessing industry. The work will result in the creation of user-friendly software for the analysis and prediction of bioprocess compositions for novel food and biopharmaceutical industries.
The successful candidate will work with a team of data scientists, bioengineer, and biochemists to develop the software. The developed software will have the ability to help scientists/bioprocess engineer to accelerate bioprocess development through automation and help them understand how to maximise production yield. The successful candidate will work on the existing proprietary model and convert it into a software product.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma in the field of computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, informatics or other relevant qualification. With expertise in at least one of the following areas: full stack development, biological data analytics, data mining and management.
Entry Level candidate with relevant experience may apply
Ability to work independently to innovate, and develop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of research ideas
Proficient in coding languages (Matlab, Python, R, C++ or Java)
Prior industry experience with full stack software development is a plus.
Able to deliver under tight schedule
Good team player with both research and engineering ethics
Eagerness to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills
