Job Profile for Sales, Admin and Marketing Position

You will be responsible for dealing with your own group of existing clients, handling orders from start to finish, which includes quoting to delivery, keeping in touch with clients (as per operating standards) via telephone and email, updating client with new products. You will take over an existing group of clients. On occasion you might also need to meet face to face with clients.

Key Result Areas:

Adherence to Process and procedure

· Ensure that the correct quote, order and invoicing procedure is followed as per operating standards, for every order processed.

· As important, is to really want to help clients, to get to know our products, understand the industry and be a team player.

Helping our Clients:

  • Build customer relationships with existing clients through contact (email and phone call)
  • Ensure that the sales process is followed accurately and in detail as per operating standards document.
  • Manage orders from start to finish as per operating standards.
  • Look for creative ways to “add sell” or “upsell” during the quoting process.
  • Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions for new stock/ranges
  • Identify customers who would benefit from receiving a new/updated catalogue and ensure these are sent, specifically for work wear and new product lines as part of a GIT action.
  • Daily communication with clients via email and telephonically.
  • Arrange collections and deliveries.
  • Deal with graphic design for artwork
  • Follow-up with clients on quotes sent out.

Sample Management

· Weekly management of samples sent to clients.

Targets:

  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets which are set based on forecasted sales and overall performance against job profile.

General Information

This is a sales, admin and marketing position and is not an accounting position. Ideally suited to a lady, you are young, have a competitive nature, sense of urgency, and ability to work under pressure. You also want to help our clients.

Our offices are based in Claremont, therefore please ensure that you would be able to get to work by 8 am every morning. Office hours are 8 -5, Mon – Friday.
