The Position
Main Responsibilities:
Goal and Plan Management
Based on the territorial strategy of the regional ecological group, formulate the development goals of the ecosphere, and be responsible for the implementation plan and follow-up effectiveness of the goals Analyze regional business, discover opportunities and risks, and lead the team to jointly formulate and implement corresponding plans
Customer management and regional cooperation
Rate Lead the team to establish extensive cooperation and trust with customers, and jointly take active actions to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment level in related areas of Roche's product portfolio. Cooperate with ecosystem partners to improve the quality of medical care in the local ecosystem and improve patient benefits. Work with access teams to ensure the accessibility of therapeutic drugs in the region. Composite development Create a team atmosphere that puts performance and influence first, and innovate working models to realize the company's vision
Financial and compliance management
Allocate and manage company resources and budgets to achieve the goals of the ecosystem Ensure business development meets company and national compliance requirements, pass necessary compliance training, set an example and supervise, and create a compliant working environment
Self-management
Actively learn leadership skills and lead by example Implement the company's rules and regulations, conduct effective team management, practice the company's values, and demonstrate professionalism and leadership
