The role of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) - Desktop Support Officer is to provide technical support for staff, guests, and other stakeholders using IT products and services. This includes assisting with network and application access and the delivery, installation, and maintenance of computers, notebooks, desk phones, and mobile phones.
