We are looking for a self-driven professional, experienced in generating valuable data insights, who would help us to create data analytics hub & deliver digital transformation roadmap, as part of the Process Excellence & Transformation Team. Business Analytics Lead will collaborate very closely with GBS Leadership, Process Owners and Project Management Office Team to synergize on accelerating the successful implementations.

Business Analytics Lead will be responsible for the team which will co-create and develop global data analytics. You will be acting as an advisor who will generate ideas and suggest the best use of data to identify trends, patterns, issues and concerns that should be highlighted to the business. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering presentations to the management team and advising on possible changes and improvements. In addition, the Business Analytics Lead is expected to automate the analytics process using tools available in Lundbeck or the market. Your core responsibilities will cover:
  • Providing advanced data analytics for high priority projects in Lundbeck GBS organisation, including: extraction, analysis and presentation of data
  • Further contributing to decision-making on key issues by framing next level questions arising from the analysis, formulating and validating hypotheses, and developing options and scenarios
  • Act as our data analytics advisor for internal stakeholders, by taking voice and influencing discussions around data structure, data processing and reporting needs
  • Gathering data related business requirements and translating them into detailed, unambiguous, business and functional requirements
  • Partnering with GBS leadership in order to implement a data-driven culture across the organization, suggesting market leading practices related to business analysis & data utilization
  • Designing and developing data management operating models (various domains like data governance, quality, architecture)
  • Managing Data Analytics team: recruitment, performance management, motivation, personal development and coaching
  • Pro-actively engaging, manage and build positive relationships with both business and technology stakeholders
  • Being responsible for the quality of reporting, by ensuring high data quality, transparency and completeness
  • Cooperating with external providers

Your future team
Process Excellence & Transformation Team focuses on delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in implementing the long-term strategy. We are a part of Lundbeck GBS , and our office is located in north of Kraków. You will join our team of 15 motivated colleagues, enthusiastic about delivering Lundbeck strategy. Although we all have very independent roles, we’re really great in working as one team and achieving common goals. We also share hobbies & passion and always try to make time to have fun together.

What you bring to the team
  • University degree in Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Extensive experience in reporting and analytics field including dashboards creation, data interpretation and presenting data insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in leading data analytics projects
  • Experience and/or motivation to develop data analytics teams
  • Business acumen, as well as global and cultural awareness
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge and experience, especially advanced excel skills (other analytical tools would be an asset)
  • English at C1 level
  • Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Concur, VIM and procurement & finance processes would be an asset
  • Understanding Procurement & Finance processes and policies, as well as knowing leading market practices are the keys to succeed in this role
