Purpose of the Job :

To provide a Professional Call Logging, 1st and 2nd Line Response Service to Vexall Customers in order. to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.

Key Outputs:

· Service Desk 1st and 2nd Response and Call Logging

· Provide Remote Support to Clients

· Call Escalation and Management

Minimum Skills Required & Job Specific Requirements:

  • Must have completed a 3- or 4- year IT Qualification at a recognized higher Learning Institution
  • Must fluently speak Afrikaans and English
  • Matric is essential.
  • Advantageous to have Linux, Windows, SQL experience
  • Computer Hardware Knowledge (A+ or N+)
  • Customer focused.
  • Good all-round communication skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Well-mannered and even tempered
